Construction of the structural frame only (commonly referred to as the “grey”) of a 1,600 sq ft house for the Seeruttun family in Pamplemousses. The contract covered the reinforced concrete shell, an exterior staircase, perimeter walls on three sides, and the entire drainage system. The client undertook the interior finishing separately after the structural frame was delivered.
