Construction of a 35 m² studio apartment intended as a weekend retreat, built for Mr. Jamilkhan Oozeerkhan in the remote area of Bananes Eau Bleue. Limited site access necessitated on-site accommodation for the team throughout the duration of the work. The project was delivered with 80 m of perimeter walls, all technical systems, complete interior finishes, and landscaping.
