Reconstruction of an approximately 800 m² production unit destroyed by fire, awarded by IM Sayed Ltd following the successful completion of previous projects, notably the Ply-Sports Arena complex. The project included the demolition and removal of deformed steel elements, the reconstruction of the steel framework identical to the original design, and the construction of reinforced concrete technical and storage facilities. The cladding of the adjacent building, damaged by the fire, was also replaced.
