Contract design-build awarded by Succession Sayed for the construction of a multi-purpose sports complex comprising 4 international-standard badminton courts and 2 gym/dojo halls. The building is based on a combined reinforced concrete and structural steel frame covering 1,320 m², with a steel structure fixed onto reinforced concrete walls from 3 m up to 10 m in height. Y²M Co. Ltd was responsible for the design, BLUP approval, construction and turnkey delivery, including MEP works, finishes and external works over 3,000 m².

- CIS sheet roofing and cladding
- 440 m² reinforced concrete mezzanine (dojo/gym)
- MEP works: plumbing, main water supply (90 mm), electrical installation, CCTV, alarm and access control
- Ceramic floor tiling on the ground floor, chlorinated rubber flooring on the mezzanine
- Roadworks and parking over 3,000 m² with road marking and landscaping
- Design phase: 6 months (September 2019 to February 2020)
- Construction phase: 36 months (June 2020 to July 2023, including a 6-month delay due to Covid)
